The Industry Tea aims to communicate with integrity and honesty so you are always clear on what we are offering. We aim to engage by cultivating genuine connections and nurturing a supportive community. We are also focused on finding new, innovative and fun ways to inspire through inclusive events.

Charley was born and raised in the UK, East London. Throughout both her commercial and corporate careers, she has become known as somebody who always delivers with care and consideration ensuring that she is providing tangible opportunities for others where possible. That is the energy and vibe at the heart of The Industry Tea!
Established in 2022 and launched in 2023, following a decade of experience and research - utlizing her skills and connections within radio, television, theatre and as an entertainment journalist - Charley was driven by her passion for the art industries, and bridging the gap between talent and open doors.

Key Member - help to shape the foundation of The Industry Tea. We currently rely on the dedication of our volunteers. However, when opportunities arise to provide compensation we will seize them wholeheartedly.
Ad-hoc Contributor - if you prefer flexibility, you can give your time at specific events on a casual basis.
Community Presenter - with or without experience, should you be interested in hosting our events, let us know! You will be someone who is passionate about creative events, has an interest in media and entertainment, is a great people-person who is able to read the room and adapt their presenting style to resonate with the audience.
